Better Building Solutions installs both GreenFiber and Atticat blown-in insulation based on area and availability. In our climate zone, it is recommended to insulate to an R-Value of R-38. Attic insulation will keep your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Better Building Solutions will blow in the insulation to bring your attic up to R-38. We utilize rafter mates for proper ventilation as needed and install paper rulers at various points in the attic to insure proper depth. The machine is placed outside the home and is blown through a hose up into your attic, insuring a mess free process. 

This coating is applied to the exterior of your wood or stucco home instead of regular paint. Rather than having to paint every 3-5 years to keep your home looking fresh and beautiful, this product is designed to last you a lifetime. The best part is it is designed to reflect the sun's heat and it will keep your home cooler in the summer.

Trench the perimeter around the home where earth meets foundation so there will be no paint lines along the ground.

We then pressure wash the home to remove loose paint and debris. 

Then we repair and patch wall cracks and breaks with flexible patching so the cracks do not return.

We spend a great deal of time masking the home to ensure a clean and tight finish. 

We then apply Lifetime Prime Coat and then reinspect prior to applying the final coat.

We apply Lifetime Finish Coat.

Then scrape trim as needed to remove loose paint and debris. 

Then apply the Trim Coating.

Inspect deck and replace the necessary wood for the city inspection.

Call for city inspection.

Install new flashing and drip edge.

Install proper underlayment and any ice and water barrier needed.

Install starter row of shingles.

Install Cool Roof Shingles as per city code.

Call for final inspection.

Clean up and haul away job debris.
